Each time someone opens one of your links — whether it goes to your web page or, if you have apps, opens your app or the app store. Repeat visits through a short link each count as a click.
Your links keep working. We never break a live link. Your dashboard will show that you're over the limit and ask you to upgrade.

Yes, any time from your dashboard. If you switch between paid plans, we charge or credit you the prorated difference. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan.
